Created as an handmade liqueur by bartender Edoardo Nono, and the team of famous “Rita & Cocktails” in Milan, its success was so unexpected that it soon became a permanent ingredient in most of his cocktails. Obtained from Caribbean white and dark rum, ginger, spices, bitter almond, lime, lemons and sugar.

Another funky expression where the proprietary Jamaican style rum brings depth and harmony to the final product while maintaining the lime and allspice notes that are expected from Falernums. This expression is a hand-crafted high quality falernum that will not only work in your classic Tiki cocktails – it will also work as a base and modifier in all kinds of cocktails.

Grade A fancy molasses, fermented using special rum yeast are blended with the spice infusion to bring the right level of Tiki to every bottle.

Comiteco, solely made in the town of Comitan, Chiapas, is a traditional agave distillate that marries the origin and fermentation of pulque with the artisanal distillation of mezcal. Working in small batches, we carefully collect the sap from the agave known as a locally as "aguamiel", and slowly ferment it in handmade barrels. When the fermentation reaches its peak, our master distillers double distill in custom copper stills using the same technique and traditions passed down through generations.

A long tradition in Gascony, plum brandy is distilled in the Armagnac method then aged for 3–4 years in Limousine oak. Boisterous fruit and esters burst off the nose with vibrant oxidation and notes of rich, nutty marzipan from the plum pits. The palate is deep and oaky, full of raisins and—you guessed it—prunes. Curious and delicious! A gem for all spirit geeks.
