Aged more than 3 years, the 2023 vintage of our Flagship Bourbon showcases a warm nose of butterscotch, dried apricot, and graham cracker.

These transition to a palate of coffee, roasted peanuts, candied cinnamon, and crème brûlée.

Lowlands, Scotland

Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Classic single malt character. Honeyed malt, fruit, and gentle oak with a clean, balanced finish.

Though not technically certified as either tequila or mezcal, this may be as close as we come today to the unique spirit that made ‘Vino de Mezcal de Tequila’ famous in the late 19th Century.

The second exported batch from the legendary Santa Rita Fabrica uses 100% Agave Azul (Agave tequilana), also known as Blue Weber, the only variety certified by the CRT for use in modern tequila.

El Caballito Cerrero was created in 1950 by Don Alfonso Jimenez Rosales and translates to "The one that doesn't need horseshoes”.

The name suggests some tension as Don Alfonso founded El Caballito Cerrero when he left Tequila Herradura, a company of which he was a founding partner.

Rum

Rich and smooth. Sugarcane, caramel, and warm spice with depth and character.

Italy > Piedmont. Ercole Amaro, a Piemontese amaro in the light, after-dinner style. Bittersweet herbs, alpine root, orange peel, cola spice. Easy over ice with a twist, or stretched with soda.

BLACK is a nocino; made with foraged black walnuts harvested fresh. Enjoy it mixed with coffee, over ice cream or neat after a good meal.

Ireland > Dublin. Teeling's flagship Small Batch — a blend of malt and grain Irish whiskey finished in Central American rum casks. Vanilla, dried fruit, honey, a touch of rum sweetness. Smooth, modern Irish whiskey punching above its price.

Mexico > Oaxaca > Candelaria Yegolé. Artisanal espadin mezcal from Romulo Sanchez Parada, roasted in earthen pits and distilled in copper. Roasted agave, smoke, green fruit, citrus peel, mineral finish. Rey Campero makes some of the best mezcal from the Sierra Sur — start here.

Mexico > Sonora. Bacanora — the spirit of Sonora, made from wild-harvested Pacifica agave (Agave angustifolia). Yoowe is cooked in earthen pits, tahona-crushed, and fermented with wild yeast. Smoky, mineral, bright citrus, roasted pineapple. A cousin to mezcal with its own Sonoran accent.

USA > Kentucky. Small-batch gin from Castle & Key (the historic Old Taylor distillery, revived). Botanical-forward with juniper, coriander, orris root, hops, and citrus — a fresh, garden-grown riff on London Dry. Floral, bright, slightly earthy finish.

USA > Kentucky. Column-distilled vodka from Castle & Key, cut with water from the distillery's historic spring. Clean, soft, subtly sweet with a round mouthfeel. A Kentucky craft vodka that drinks well neat or in a martini.

Pinhook’s 2022 flagship rye

Mash bill of 60% rye, 20% malted barley, and 20% corn. Aged a minimum of 2 years.

All non-GMO and locally sourced grains; proofed with ground-fed, limestone-filtered spring water.

Bright aromas of pear, clove, walnut, and honeycomb precede a palate of baked apple, black pepper, and toffee.

Non-chill filtered; 49.5% ABV.The Pinhook ethos aims to produce the best whiskey in each and every vintage.

This “winemaker’s approach” to whiskey highlights unique attributes of mature barrels at a proof where the blend drinks best. This year’s core rye leans into a distinctive floral and fruity front palate before transitioning to classic rye spice.
