Blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot. Velvety and full-bodied with dark fruit, dried cherry and sweet earth or terracotta.

50% Riesling, 30% Gewürtraminer, 12% Early Muscat, 5% Pinot Blanc, 2% Sauvignon Blanc, 1% other.

The muscat and Gewürztraminer see 3-24 hours of skin contact, while the Riesling gets a mere 3 hours of partial skin contact, then all of it is co-fermented rather than blended after fermentation.

Blend of 50% Corvina and Corvinone and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. The Cabernet is partially dried & left in wooden boxes to continue ripening, while all other grapes are freshly pressed. After pressing and fermentation, the wine is blended and aged for several years in Slavonian oak barrels.
