Petit Royal Lambert De Seyssel Brut

From the local grapes Molette and Altesse, this Alpine bubbly is produced in the méthode traditionnelle and aged for two years on the lees. White flowers, dried fruit, wildflower honey, and a toasty, yeasty note give this a delightful aromatic richness and complexity.

Maitia Roto Cabernet Sauvignon

A fuller red with deeper red fruit notes and a touch of greenness. Actually a blend, the wine is 87% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Syrah, and 3% Alicante Bouchet. The vines are farmed sustainably in transition to organic. The fermentation is with native yeasts, no fining is done, and aging is primarily in concrete with only a touch of oak.

Carlos Basso Dos Fincas Malbec

Inky purple in color, with classic Malbec aromatics of dark plum, blackberry, and blueberry. More layers of saturated berry fruit flavors and notes of cocoa fill out the palate, and the wine finishes incredibly soft.

FUSO Flora Prosecco Brut Col Di Luna

Henri Perrusset Macon-Villages Blanc

Henri Perrusset met Kermit Lynch accidentally due to a shortage of tables at a small hangout in Beaujolais

This chance encounter has lead to us being able to drink some of the best Chardonnay in Burgundy (conveniently located just moments away from the literal region of "Chardonnay" in France).

This bottle is made for roasted vegetables, succulent chicken, and people who want to give Chardonnay a second chance.
