Sybille Kuntz Riesling Trocken

"Kabinett trocken has a blue label to communicate the particular minerality of the blue devonian slate, the soil of the vineyards we work with.

After the first week of harvest the picking crew is growing together and has developed a sure feeling for the quality and the nature of the grapes. Now we begin with the sorting, the pre picking. All vineyard parcels in the Lieser Schlossberg, Rosenlay and Niederberg-Helden are combed through for grapes that have already achieved their ripening potential for the second quality category, i.e. Kabinett. All other grapes remain on the vine and ripen further until the final picking. For Kabinett we also vinify grapes from the Pauls Valley in Lieser, a former side valley of the Moselle with steep slate slopes and old vines. The heat is collected here like in a parabolic mirror. The soil is 100% blue devonian slate and adds particular mineral notes into the wines."

T'Maro Amaro Liqueur 70pf

T’MARO AMARO is the first and only of its kind. It is made with selected botanicals and sweetened exclusively by organic dates from the Coachella Valley, containing no added sugar, artificial flavors, or colors.

The botanicals are added to our date spirit and allowed to macerate until ready. We then bottle the liqueur using a light filtration. Each label is applied by hand using paper made from upcycled palm fronds.

T’MARO AMARO was created by Chef Elizabeth Falkner and beverage-alcohol industry veteran Heather Freyer. Inspired by the history and flavors of Amaro, they set out to craft a version using all-natural ingredients without added sugar, colors, or flavors.

During innovation, they chose dates as the natural sweetener—a product Chef Elizabeth often uses in her cooking. While researching dates, they discovered a way to create an Eau de Vie (date spirit) that was so delicious they decided to bottle it on its own and share it with the world.
