9 months on skin. Beautifully rounded, smooth mild orange. Passionfruit sorbet with some apples and quince.

100% Grenache. Spicy bouquet of ripe black cherries, Asian spice, Provençal garrigue, and sappy flowers. Medium to full-bodied, has a great mid-palate, and a seamless texture. It's a big mouthful of classic Southern Rhône goodness that can be drunk today or cellared for 10-15 years.

From an area in SW France called Limoux comes this toasty dry sparkler of Mauzac & Chardonnay. Fresh pear and apple aromas are balanced by lemon zest and touch of chamomile.

The Fenouillet Muscat de Beaumes de Venise is a marvel: complex nose of ripe fruits (peaches and citrus) and flowers, ample and harmonious mouthfeel and a long, fresh finish. The fermentation  is stopped at the point where the alcohol – sugar balance is as desired.

The muscat and Gewürztraminer see 3-24 hours of skin contact, while the Riesling gets a mere 3 hours of partial skin contact, then all of it is co-fermented rather than blended after fermentation.
