This wine is a blend of Alicante Nero (Grenache), Carignano, Mourvèdre, Sangiovese, and Alicante Bouschet, sourced from their youngest vineyards near the Tuscan coast in the Maremma, specifically near Roccatederighi (250-300 meters elevation).
 
Ampeleia farms biodynamically and vinifies with minimal intervention. The Unlitro ages for six months in cement tanks, with no oak influence. Bottled in a one-liter format

The muscat and Gewürztraminer see 3-24 hours of skin contact, while the Riesling gets a mere 3 hours of partial skin contact, then all of it is co-fermented rather than blended after fermentation.
