Producer Pablo Peñalba López began producing wines that moved away from the former practice of selling bulk wines to the local co-op. Pablo brought to light what this area was truly capable of, his son took the helm in the 2000's and returned to hand-harvesting, native-yeast fermentation, & biodynamic farming.
