Bisson Glera Vino Frizzante

100% Glera from the Prosecco region of Valdobiaddene in the Veneto.  This frizzante sports a crown cap and is made with less restrictive production methods required by the Prosecco DOC, therefore this wine does not have the Prosecco label, but consists of the same grape from the exact same region. Hand harvested, fermented in steel tanks, and clarified before bottling.  Green pears, saline, soft bubbles, bright, refreshing, dry, great as an aperitif or for celebratory toasts.
