This bottle is made for roasted vegetables, succulent chicken, and people who want to give Chardonnay a second chance.

Gravner Ribolla Gialla 2016

Exclusively composed of the Ribolla Gialla grape; indigineous to Friuli on the Slovenian border of Italy. Fermented in Georgian amphorae buried underground, long maceration with wild yeasts and no temperature control. After fermentation, the wine rests again in amphorae for five more months and then is aged in large oak barrels for an additional six years, bottled without fining or filtering. This is the 2015 vintage, a serious benchmark wine of the region. Robust, tannic, dense rich yellow orchard fruits, dried apricot, walnut oil, full bodied, decant and serve at room temperature. Zero sulfur.

Some are fermented in Amphorae, some in wood depending on the year.

Maloof Where Ya Pjs At?

“This is sort of a “rosé” [ but technically an orange wine ] for us. As you’ll see on the back of the bottle it states ‘rose-ish’. We wanted to have the playfulness and functionality of a rosé without actually using any red fruit. Where ya PJs at?!” — Ross + Bee Maloof, Maloof Wines

Dry Farmed, Organic, skin-contact wine from the Willamette Valley Oregon.
